Fundraising for the expansion is now complete. On April 4, 2005, the Government of BC and the Government of Canada agreed to provide $242,000 to complete the expansion, with the caveat that the community provides the additional money. Other community-minded donors like the Bodine Family, the Considine Family, Money Mart, CFAX Santa’s Anonymous and Ascent Public Affairs, plus many, many others, have together contributed the remainder. Our goal is to develop a donor appreciation wall in the new facility.
